Many of the leaders who come to me, they open up in ways they do not open to the public or even to their co-leaders. Many of them are living lives that are more like Instagram feeds than real life. They only show you the pretty, touched up pictures with the perfect filters, but never let you see the ugly, raw, unfiltered photos.
